11/18: Live Q&A with Coa: Dealing With Anxiety During COVID-19

September 17, 2020 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

An ongoing global pandemic can certainly bring up anxiety in the best of us. Whether you’re new to anxiety or a seasoned veteran, it can sometimes feel overwhelming and difficult to manage. Join us for a live Q&A where licensed therapist Laura DeSantis will answer all questions related to anxiety, how it affects us, and ways to cope.

Questions like:

  • How do I identify my own anxiety cues?
  • What are some red flags to look out for?
  • How can I learn to respond to my anxiety in a healthy way?

Who’s leading this Q&A? Laura DeSantis, LPCC ✨

Laura is a San Francisco-based therapist in the Coa community specializing in anxiety, panic, and trauma in young, ambitious adults. She draws from modalities in Psychodynamic Therapy, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Laura has an interactive style that brings authenticity and a sense of humor to sessions. She emphasizes self-compassion to reduce shame and see things through a clearer lens without an inner critic getting in the way – all the more important as we navigate this strange, new world in the age of COVID-19.
